Butting up to the Puerto Madero neighbourhood in Buenos Aires is the ecological reserve. A huge park, right on the Rio de la Plata. The park is full of willows, pampas grass, and walking paths, and is a great way to spend a morning.
Beware – because of super wide paths, there is not a lot of shade in the park, so wear lots of sunscreen!
I also thought I would share this “behind the scenes” picture taken by our friend Ian. This is me, trying to photograph Puerto Madero framed by pampas grass. The things we do in the name of art, hey?
