Remember Best Of? If you aren’t my mom (aka, you have’t been following since the very beginning of this blog just over one year ago – whoa), Best Of was a Sunday round up of my favourite travel, food, photography, and design posts on the web. It sort of fizzled in April, and while I’ve

On Friday I went for a much needed photo walk. I was feeling like I needed some inspiration (apart from my computer screen). Yesterday I decided to finally download the images and edit them. And I’m a little bit in love. Especially with the super sized green bench.
Last time we were in Argentina, we didn’t take the ferry across the Rio de la Palta to visit Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. A small city, only 40kms from Buenos Aires, as the crow flies (or, in this case, as the ferry goes). This time, we were in Uruguay anyway shooting Morgan and Agustin’s wedding
Once again, I’m a little late with my Travel Tuesday post. Or, if I’m being totally honest here – cause that is how I roll – on Tuesday I forgot it was Tuesday and posted my Argentine Asado post. A the joys of being newly self-employed! No fear, I’ll just give you a “Travel Thursday”
Today is quite literally a Travel Tuesday. At 12:26 PST we flew from PSP to LAX from where boarded a flight to Houston. I’m posting this in the boarding lounge in Houston awaiting our 9:00PM flight to Buenos Aires. We’ll spend the next week in Uruguay and then move into an apartment in Buenos Aires
The last stop on our summer trip was Barcelona. It was my first time in Barcelona. My first time in Spain. I fell in love. In fact, it reminded me somewhat of Buenos Aires. Where I will be in just over two weeks. Be still, my heart. If you are wondering where that awesome terrace
Our third stop on our summer trip was our week at the Chateau Ventenac in (surprise, surprise) Ventenac, near Narbonne. Food. Friends. Wine. Day trips to markets and to Carcassone. What could be better?
Our next stop on our summer trip was the Loire Valley. Just a day. I was incredibly sick. But it was as beautiful as I remembered. Chambord. Chenoceau. Little car. Amazing day.
J’adore Paris. Images from the first stop on our summer trip.
This post is sort of like a double whammy. Not only do you get sweet New York Travel Tuesday photos, but you get to see how the first roll of B&W went! Exciting, right? On September 30 – October 2, the Suter kids went for a weekend in NY. We stayed in the Syncapse pad
This past weekend I was in San Francisco.. I shot a wedding and an engagement session. It was amazing. As you can probably tell if you’ve been reading carefully, I’ve got big news. News I’m dying to share. I don’t know whether I’m going to share this news tonight or tomorrow morning, but it is
Only 4 or so hours from Toronto (by train or by car, 45 minutes by air) is Canada’s capital – and home of my in-laws – Ottawa. The May weekend before we were in Montreal, we went to Ottawa to spend some time with the hub’s parents and check out the tulips! The tulip bulbs
As promised, Travel Tuesday is something just a bit different this week (and likely for the next 10 weeks or so). Rather than just an image, it is a little glimpse of some of the trips we’ve taken throughout 2011. One such trip was over the May long weekend (about May 24) to Montreal. I’ve
This picture was taken on August 23, 2008 on our self-drive safari through Kruger National Park, South Africa. I’ve been thinking about sharing this photo since they went to South Africa on the Bachelor way back in February. But then I forgot. You know what they say, time flies when you are having fun. If you
This photo was taken on March 10, 2009 at the end of a grueling four-day hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Peru. Despite the rainy season, we were very lucky to have an almost rain-free four-day hike as well as a rain-free day at Machu Picchu. This was one of the few super
